Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup raw honey
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 free range eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chip
1 cup almonds (optional) 

Mix dry ingredients then mix wet ingredients in separate bowls. I like to melt the butter and coconut oil on the stove until they liquify and whip the wet ingredients, mix wet and dry ingredients together then add chips and nuts. Chill in the refridgerator for 10 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. So good you can give them out and know one will know they don't have sugar.

 

Kahlua Coco Brownie Mix

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup coco powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 large eggs
Kahlua coco ( I added a splash or two)
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla

Mix dry ingredients then add wet ingredients. Bake in 8x8 glass pan at 350 degrees for 23 minutes. You can also put the dry ingredients in a jar and give them as a gift.

 

Orange Dreamsicle Fruit Dip


This recipes is quick easy and so good you will always want a container in your house.

Ingredients:

1 container fat free cool whip
1 cup of vanilla fat free yogurt
1 pkg generic orange jello
1 tsp. orange extract- optional


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a whisk, until blended, then chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Best fruits to serve with this are Strawberries, banana, kiwi, and grapes
